Shipping policy

Delivery and Returns:
● Product Delivery: Items purchased through our eshop will be shipped by a third-party carrier to your provided address. Our rule is DAP “delivered at place” means 5 hours after the delivery, the responsibility is transferred to you.

● Non-Returnable Items: Unless specified in our Return Policy, all products and delivery fees are non-returnable and non-refundable.

● Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery dates are approximate. We are not liable for delays in shipping or delivery. For a custom piece or made-to-order, timeline for production is about 10-15 days and shipping about 8 to 16 weeks,

Compliance with Laws:
● You are responsible for complying with all local, national, and international laws regarding the receipt and use of our products and services. By ordering, you confirm that the products will be used lawfully.

Delivery Services:
● We are not responsible for delivery presence or/an installation. You must hire a professional to carry the furniture and install it. If you require our help to find a professional and suitable team to receive, inspect and install everything, we will charge this service 350 euros HT.
